Oldie but a Goodie!

 I was going through some old stamps I have and found this one.  I use to love this one!!!  So I decided I needed to make a card with it.  Sometimes someone just needs some "encouragement"!!  It was a pretty simple card to do.  I used a stencil I made to do the polka dots.
