Shirleys2Girls - Twisted Thursday EVERYONE LOVES CHOCOLATE!!!

I'm loving the digipapers from S2G!  They are so vibrant.  And who doesn't love chocolate?!

This one is another card using the new digipapers and the Espresso image.  I added some 'foam' to the cups with some liquid applique that I sprinkled with ultrafine glitter before I used the heat gun on it.

Please be sure to check out the rest of the teams inspiration for you this week
and I hope that you'll join us in this lil 'indulgence'.  *grin*

Dew Drop Craftz - Lilac & Lime

At first I thought this was going to be a tough challenge.  But these images are so much fun.  I chose the DDC image TRAVELLER.

Colored with Copic markers.  The patterned paper is Kaiser Craft - Lilac Avenue.  The black cardstock is American Crafts.  This is a very clean and simple layout.  I hope you will join us.  Nikki has a fantastic prize for this challenge.

Copic Buzz Challenge #26 - The Stamping Boutqie

This week our Copic Buzz challenge is sponsored by The Stamping Boutique.  Our Challenge was "Anything But a Card" with a kitchen/recipe/cooking theme.  I choose to do a family cookbook.  ISN'T AUDREY THE CUTEST THING?!  This is actually a compilation of 4 different images... Audrey, the shelf, the cookie jar journaling spot and the counter.  I colored this with my copic markers.  The patterned paper is from Basic Grey and the ribbons and flower are out of my stash.

Michelle Perkett Challenge #13 - Be Inspired

It is an exciting day!  This is the first challenge on Michelle Perkett Studio's new challenge blog.  Our challenge this week was to choose one of the artworks in Michelle's Etsy store as your inspiration piece.  This is my inspriation HERE.  From this piece, I drew out the colors that are used in my card.

I hope you will join us this week.  The challenge blog and the rest of your inspiration can be found here...

Magnolia - One of my firsts...

She was so much fun to color.  I used the Eclipse Mask tape to make a mask for her and then stamped the hay bale.  *grin*  I think I'm hooked now!!  The paper is from Basic Grey.

New Pin Up from Victoria Case

I have always loved Victoria's Pin Ups...
I think my first digi I ever got was one of her pin ups...  *grin*
This is "Teach Me"

She is colored with Copic Markers.  The papers are from October Afternoon.  The flowers are out of my giant "box 'o flowers".  The pearl brad is American Crafts.  I used the 'out of the box' technique to cut her out with the oval nestabilities.

Enjoy!

Pixie Dust Studio - Valentine's Freebie

Pixie Dust Studio has the cutest darn images!!  This one was a freebie!

I colored her with Copic Markers.  The background was 'cuttlebugged' with the Victorian folder.  I added some pearls from Kaisercraft.  The ribbon is Stampin Up and the charm is from Michaels (in the wedding section).

Pixie Dust Studio is also having a design team call.  Info can be found HERE on their blog.

commitment & Insanity from Bugaboo

Bugaboo had a quickie weekend challenge last week and all participants got their choice of a digistamp from the Bugaboo store.  I chose this one (it was a tough decision they are all great).  It makes me laugh.

Bugaboo has a blog hop starting Friday, 1/15 at 8pm EST.

Sweet Pea Stamps - Become a follower contest

Are you a follower of SweetPea Stamps?  Have you seen their fantastic collection of Fantasy Art stamps?  There is a great variety of stamps available at Sweet Pea!

CHECK THEM OUT!!!

Shirleys2Girls - Twisted Thursday Challenge

The Twisted Thursday Challenge was ABC (Anything But a Card).  I was able to use this fantastic image called "2 of Us" (DG104).  I decided to make shinky dink wine charms for Bride and Groom.  I printed them out onto the shrink plastic, colored them with sharpies, cut with nestabilities and then hit them with the heat gun.  (my lil tip is to rub it with an 'embossing buddy' prior and it won't stick to itself).  I used some jump rings to hook the parts together.  The Love charm is from Michaels.

I hope you will join us and don't forget to check out the rest of the design team.  They are listed in my sidebar on the left.  <-------  :)

Dew Drop Craftz - Tokyo Boy

This is TOKYO BOY from Dew Drop Craftz.  I am totally enjoying coloring these anime images.

I hope you will check out the Digi Stamps at Dew Drop Craftz.  The next DDC Challenge will be the 19th.

Another precious image from Karen's Doodles

Karen put up God's Little Angel the other day.  I just HAD to have her.  I colored her with Copic Markers and then added some Angel Wings Shimmerz to her wings and her dress.  It doesn't show up very well in the photo, though.  I added some pearls to the flower centers in her headband.

Dog Gone Stamps - Snowy Sledder

How cool is this?????

I used clear packing tape and super fine glitter to make this snow effect.  I think it adds a nice touch.  It was hard to get a good photograph of it, but you get the gist.

This is Sledder Boy from Dog Gone Stamps.  I also used nestabilities.

Dew Drop Craftz - Challenge 5

This is Tokyo Girl from Dew Drop Craftz.  Challenge 5 is "New Year, New You" - DewDrop Craftz is challenging you to use a technique you would normally not use..

I colored her with copic markers.  The technique I used that I normally don't was to add the sentiment in photoshop.  So I guess this is a hybrid card.  She is a fantastic image to color.  The patterned paper is from Basic Grey.  The pearls are from Kaisercraft.

Won't you join us???

This one is Love at First Sight

You can find more of Karen's images HERE.

Dew Drop Craftz Challenges

Challenge 4:

The theme for this challenge is 'Love, Laugh, Live' - bring alive the excitement of life and all the good things that it brings..

Here is my "Living the good Life" card.  It took me a while to get the coloring right on the car.  But they make great 'guy' cards!!  It is nice to have an image that is so versatile... man or boy!

I'm a lil late getting this one up. I'm working on Challenge 5 (The theme for this challenge is "New Year, New You" - DewDrop Craftz is challenging you to use a technique you would normally not use..)... I hope you will join that one.

Copic Buzz Challenge - Cute Daisy May

Whoooo hooooooo, my first challenge card as part of the new Copic Buzz design team.  I have been around on the PCP group, but just recently made the design team.  I'm super excited to be working with some great artists and wonderful crafters.

Our challenge this week was sponsored by Cute Daisy May.  My image comes from Sheet #124.  Isn't she darling.  The paper is from the Lilac Avenue Collection from Kaisercraft.  The sentiment is from Verve.

Please check out the other creations by the rest of the design team, and be sure to join us!!!!
