It's a bright sunshiney day

I am enjoying some much needed quiet time. Jeff to the kids and left with a friend of his. I am in the basement finishing up some sewing projects and tidying up. I need to put together my wire cubes and sort thru things for my 'rubber rummage sale'.

This was a card I made a while back. I was demonstrating FAUX TEARING.

Organization Carnival

Craft Critique is having an Organization Carnival. Check out the articles about organizing your craft area.

My little piece of heaven

I have the most wonderful stamping space. We have a huge basement and I have 1/2 as my space. The other side is the kids' toy room. My husband is always willing to build anything I might need. My stamping table is a kit from 2x4Basics.

My stamps are on metal shelves and sorted/labeled by categories in the catalog. They are in rubbermaid shoebox sized totes. My punches are in plastic rain gutters. I love love love this. I can see what I have and it is within reach.

My smaller punches are slipped over plumbers tape (metal straping tape).

I still have quite a bit to finish organizing, but just recently bought some of those wire cubes. Just need to get them put together.

So, this is where I hang out.

Little Mens Shirts - EVERYWHERE!!!

So, I was going thru my morning ritual of checking my favorite blogs, and I saw Cambria's tutorial on the cutest lil origami folded shirt. So, now my desk is covered with teeny tiny little folded shirts! Thanks, Cami!!! I'll post pictures as soon as I can get the kids down for naps.

But beware, she is a total enabler! LOL I now have a scor-pal on the way to Alaska, just because she has shown all these fabulous projects using her scor-pal.
