Shirleys 2 Girls - Twisted Thursday

It is time for another Twisted Thursday with Shirleys2Girls!!!  
This week the challenge is shaker cards and the twist - CONFETTI!

I made this card using one of the new digis from S2G.  This is the PARTY FAVORS.
